Patricia Sarena "Patty" Caretto (-Brown) (born January 4, 1951 in Los Angeles, California) is a former American swimmer. Caretto competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City and is a former world record holder in the 800 and 1500 m freestyle.
